Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Viva Argentina collects when you use this site or fill out one of our forms, what we use it for, and what rights you have over it — in line with Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and Argentina's data protection law (Law 25.326).

Who we are

Viva Argentina is a tourism, immigration and business-setup advisory for people moving to or visiting Argentina. In this policy, "we" refers to Viva Argentina, responsible for processing the data collected through this site.

What data we collect

We collect the data you provide yourself when filling out an inquiry form: name, WhatsApp number, email, and answers to service-specific questions (for example, travel dates, reason for moving, company revenue, or personal preferences). We also automatically log the referring page and browser used, for technical and security purposes.

What we use your data for

We use your data exclusively to understand your needs, get in touch, and put together a personalized advisory proposal — never for purposes unrelated to that service. The legal basis is the execution of preliminary steps related to a contract you're a prospective party to, since the form is the first step of a potential engagement.

Cookies

We use cookies strictly necessary for the site to work: a technical cookie that lets you resume a form you started but didn't finish, and a session cookie for our internal team's login. With your consent, we also use the Meta Pixel (from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram), which stores cookies to measure visits and conversions (for example, a form submission) and to target and evaluate ads. The Pixel is only loaded after you click "Accept" in the cookie notice; if you decline, nothing is sent to Meta. You can change your mind at any time under "Cookie preferences" in the site footer. We don't use any other third-party tracking or advertising tools.

Sharing your data

We don't sell your data. Form information is only accessed by our own team, to move your inquiry forward. The one exception is the Meta Pixel, enabled only with your consent: in that case, Meta receives browsing data (pages visited, browser identifiers and events such as a form submission). We don't send it your name, email or WhatsApp number.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on our own server, operated by Viva Argentina, based in Argentina. Since our operation is based there, this may involve an international transfer of data — Argentina has its own data protection law (Law 25.326) and is internationally recognized for maintaining compatible protection standards.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting engagement, or until you request its deletion. Unanswered or discontinued inquiries are periodically reviewed for removal.

Your rights

You can request at any time: confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, portability to another provider, information about who we share your data with, and full deletion of the data you gave us.

How to exercise your rights

To access, correct, or delete your data, message us on WhatsApp at +54 9 11 6256-6650, including your name and registered email. We respond within 5 business days.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access restricted to our own team.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update always appears at the top of this page.
